Currently serving as Head of Luxury & Lifestyle Development at Sonesta Hotels, he leads the growth and market positioning of Sonesta’s luxury brands, fostering key relationships with owners, operators, and franchisees.

Previously, as Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group Americas, Phil shattered sales records, expanded Radisson’s presence in key international markets, and launched new brand concepts, including Radisson Inn and Suites and Radisson Extended Stay Suites. At Red Roof Franchising, he restructured the organization, executed over 400 franchise agreements, and took the brand global with developments in Brazil, Thailand, Japan, and Canada.

With executive leadership roles at Realogy Franchise Group, Cendant Corporation, and Wingate Inns International, Phil has extensive expertise in franchise development, acquisitions, and large-scale real estate investment. As the founder of Development Opportunity Corporation, he spearheaded multimillion-dollar hotel and mixed-use developments, securing $90M in private equity and earning industry accolades.
